The Michigan Council of Teachers of English is searching for two new eMET editors. Our editors serve on the MCTE executive committee and are in charge of the electronic newsletter that we publish and email to our membership. Those interested should be energetic, creative, and have some experience in publishing. The newsletter is created in InDesign and is uploaded to our award-winning ning when completed. The new editors will work collaboratively to set deadlines, edit and format the newsletter, and be responsible for uploading it to the ning. The editors need to have good organizational skills and communicate effectively with the executive committee via phone/email and at meetings.
